- From 680 North, take the Ygnacio Valley Rd exit and turn right at Ygnacio Valley Rd (signs for Clayton). Continue on Ygnacio Valley Rd
for approximatley 2.2 miles, then turn left at Lennon Ln. Turn right at N Wiget Ln until you reach East Bay Functional Restoration at
454 N. Wiget Lane Walnut Creek, CA 94598.
- From 680 South, take the Treat Blvd exit. Continue on Treat Blvd for approximatley 1.2 miles, then turn right at Walnut Avenue. After
approximatley 1 mile, turn left at Ygnacio Valley Rd. Continue on Ygnacio Valley Rd for approximatley .5 miles, then turn left at Lennon Ln.
